Public note of request for offer
CALEF Consortium, jointly other Parties, has been awarded by European Commission to carry out NEXTOWER Project, pursuant framework of R&D HORIZON 2020, Grant Agreement n.721045.
The request for offer has the following object:
EXECUTIVE PLANNING AND DESIGN FOR THE STRUCTURAL REFURBISHMENT OF THE METAL STRUCTURE POSITIONED ON THE SOUTH-EAST SIDE OF THE "CESAI" TOWER.

This activity includes:
(A) an inspection for the verification of the existing structure, with a possible asseveration that the current structure corresponds to what was planned in 1980. PSA will provide the original project and support;
(B) verification of the foundations of the structure in the current state;
(C) definition of any necessary reinforcement foundation elements;
(D) planning and executive design, according to the current Spanish laws and territorial regulations regarding civil constructions, of the new support structure for the NEXTOWER SOLEAD system with an estimated weight of about 49 tons (to the adjudicator a Technical Attachment will be provided with the placement of critical masses);
(E) design of a control-cabinet for the electrical installation (estimate 50 kW maximum), compressed air, conveyed water pipes and control facilities;
(F) elaboration of detailed and executive design and plans of the entire activity to be carried out;
(G) Project certification according to the current Spanish law.
